Also - forgot to mention - some feedback for Annie on Ruby, as I understand it was her first time working with GFS. She's an excellent skipper/trainer - really patient and explains things really well. I think everyone else on the boat would agree. Charlotte.
I really enjoyed the experience. I did a competent crew some years ago I was sidelined by the all male participants, so it was nice to be included in everything. Audrey

Just wanted to say how fantastic a weekend I had a couple of weeks back - group of us celebrated a mate's hen do - Girls for Sail really made the weekend for us. Excellent staff, brilliant adventure - even the weather didn't put us off! Keep up the good work - totally loved it! Lou

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for such a fantastic hen weekend, I loved it and know the girls did as well. Liz and Zoe were great fun to have onboard, I think my mother in law wanted to adopt Zoe by the end of the weekend! I'm really glad we went sailing and that we had all the excitement on Saturday it was great to do something different.

We're having great fun this sailing season! Just back from a flotilla holiday in Croatia where we had 4 thunderstorms in 8 days and all whilst we were on the water. On one occasion the genoa struck out on its own swept gloriously whipping through the wind and the furling line got stuck, in the drum. My husband had to go to the front of the boat and I had to take the helm. So rocking and rolling like never before I heard Diana's voice saying quietly 'take a deep breath...' and IT WORKS. I texted her to say thank you and now I am writing to say a huge THANK YOU GFS for adding to my confidence in the boat and on the water. So to THUNDEROUS APPLAUSE, I say adieu.

Antigua Race Week April - May 2009
Antigua was a wonderful experience. I can still picture it all now, out on the blue water with the wind in our hair! It truly was an amazing holiday, we worked so bloody hard but played hard too - it was quite unlike any experience I have ever had before. And the girls were all wonderful company too - I really quite missed them when I got back and hope we can all keep in touch. Annie was an awesome skipper and no matter what we threw at her - and believe me, it was a lot - she kept calm and made us all feel incredibly safe. The sailing was great and I am afraid anything will seem tame after this. Went sailing on a lake in Switzerland two weeks ago and was bored silly! And the nightlife was out of this world .... all in all a very positive experience.' Julie

Experience Weekend Sailing 2009
The weekend was brilliant! It was a fun and friendly group. The Skipper needed a nerve of steel and the patience of Job! She helped make the trip safe, educational and very enjoyable. I sent all the photos I took to everyone on board via email and, oh yeah did anyone mention dancing on tables at the aptly named Folly Inn? You were right, it was a great weekend with nice people.

Weekend Birthday Charter September 2008
Thank you for a fantastic birthday weekend sailing to Cowes. Annie you did a marvellous job! Despite the challenging weather conditions on Saturday all the girls agreed it was a great weekend. Empowering, and inspiring! We are already talking about planning our next sailing event! The warmth of the Mediterranean beckons though! .... I always thought that if you didn't have enough sailing experience then you couldn't join in. This weekend has given me the confidence to have a go!
