Your excellent communication skills will be tested as you train the crew for a few days before the race and then take them on the start line as a well oiled race team!

You will be responsible for managing one of our yachts in the Caribbean for 2-3 months, then back to the UK and back to the Caribbean again. The right candidate will have managed a yacht crew around a race course and understand the sailing rules without a seconds thought.

You will be able to answer questions from customers about the rules of racing and about the rating system, sail configuration, trimming etc with the ability to educate them so they return to GFS again.
