We would encourage anyone who is interested in sailing and is ready for a little excitement to take part in a regatta, at least once in your life! During a week-long regatta, there's generally a race every day and the racing starts early to allow for the hundreds of boats to charge over the start line in 10/15 minute intervals!
After 4 or 5 hours of racing with ever-changing tactics, you'll arrive back to the party atmosphere of the marina and it's time for sundowners before joining the late night parties either on the beach or in the beer tent.
