| RACING ROUND THE ISLAND 2008! |

Well, in true girlsforsail style (gorgeous and effortless!) we raced our way around the Isle of Wight - not quite coming first but finishing well as the only girls' team in the race.
Under the amazing leadership of our skipper Annie, we braved strong winds and madcap sailors and came out smiling!
Our efforts were rewarded when we moored that evening in East Cowes and made our way to the welcoming Folly Inn where we spent the night eating (briefly) dancing on tables (ALOT)and drinking (moderately!!?)
After a peaceful night's sleep, a hearty cooked breakfast and a bit of chit chat with our fellow sailors we made our leisurely way back to Port Solent lounging on deck enjoying a beautifuly sunny day.
