Call or email girlsforsail and one of our sales team will contact you to ensure any questions you have are answered, with no obligation. 2. Confirm with a member of girlsforsail the details of the event you would like to book and/or complete our booking form. 3. Ensure you have holiday insurance either from us or a reputable company of your choice, checking that you are covered for sailing/yacht racing specifically. 4. A deposit secures your place immediately. We will hold your place for you for 5 working days until we receive cleared funds. 5. A 25% deposit can be made by cheque, made payable to “girlsforsail Limited” ensuring 5 days is allowed for clearance. We also accept Bank Transfers 6. Confirmation of booking is sent to you once funds are cleared. 7. Payment in full is required 60 days prior to your departure/event date. Non-receipt of full payment will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your booking. 8. Details of exactly what to bring and where will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit. 9. If you would like, allow us to organise a night out so that you get to meet the rest of the crew that you will be sailing with. Training weekends are also possible to organise in the UK should you want to have a sail together before your holiday. 10. FINANCIAL SAFETY: as indicated in the terms and conditions, your money is held in a designated client account until such time as the event is confirmed.
