Girlsforsail are leading providers of RYA sailing courses for women UK and Caribbean, sailing holidays, racing regattas Atlantic Ocean Adventures and hen boat party weekends, based in Cowes UK. Established in 1999 by Annie O’Sullivan, Girlsforsail was created with the aim of introducing as many people as possible, particularly women, to the wonderful world of sailing. Due to the lack of sailing events on offer for women, Annie was convinced that she could produce a variety of competitively priced sailing courses for women, Caribbean and UK sailing holidays, Atlantic Ocean crossing adventures and hen boat party weekends, packed full of fun!

We are an accredited RYA training centre operating in the UK and Caribbean and whether you are a complete beginner, a competent dingy sailor, an experienced yachtsman or racer, we offer a wide range of RYA sailing courses for women, but to suit everyone!

Girlsforsail also provide UK and Caribbean racing event opportunities for sailing. So whether you are a beginner or experienced, we have a fantastic racing regatta event for you. Whether you decide to watch the racing from the comfort of your luxury yacht, or whether you take part, the racing part of the week is always the highlight of a regatta! Racing events take place in a variety of destinations Antigua and St. Bart’s in the Caribbean as well as Cowes and Fastnet in the UK.
